  1. Login to Batch Processing Server
  2. Start 'Run.exe' application
  3. Search for 'services.msc' service > Hit OK
  4. Select 'JDA Category Batch Processing'
  5. From menu bar, Action > Properties
  6. Click 'Start', under Service status
  7. Hit OK

If user is on Cloud, then mostly this service is located on (BP) Batch Processing server.
